    Who This Work Is For

Women who are ready to listen to what their body has been trying to say

You have been diagnosed with fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS, hormonal imbalance, or fertility challenges.

You feel disconnected from your body — or perhaps even afraid of it.

Medical support has helped, but something deep within still feels unresolved.

You sense your body is quietly holding emotions or memories you haven't yet been able to reach.

    Marka Kondrateva

Marka Kondrateva is a trauma-informed somatic Art Therapist, Family Constellations Facilitator, and Reiki Master based in the Netherlands.

She intimately understands this journey because she walked it herself. Having personally healed from endometriosis, PCOS, severe allergies, and body dysphoria, she knows the profound isolation of living in a body that feels like a stranger.

Now, she guides women to heal through their bodies, rather than trying to heal around them.

    Client Stories

"In my experience, 20 art therapy sessions with Marka have been as effective as five years of traditional therapy. I feel genuinely more alive — so much that had been frozen within me thawed and came back to life."
